A full-building lease-up on the Wilshire corridor

9700 Wilshire Blvd spans 29,252 SF of street-level and second-floor retail across one of the boulevard's most visible blocks. When Northgate took over the assignment, the building was half-dark. We rebuilt the merchandising plan around complementary co-tenancy — fashion, beauty and food — and leased the building to full occupancy in three consecutive deals.

Each lease was structured to protect the others: aligned hours, shared service access and coordinated signage. The result is a fully leased, income-stable asset whose tenant mix now reads as a single curated destination rather than a collection of vacancies.
